B20-G20 Dialogue on Unlocking investment in maritime transportation infrastructure for a more sustainable trade

The B20-G20 Special Dialogue - Unlocking Investment in Maritime Transportation Infrastructure for a more Sustainable Trade is co-organized by the Finance & Infrastructure and the Trade & Investment Task Forces in cooperation with the B20 Network Partner International Chamber of Shipping and with the support of Confitarma. The event will be attended by the Italian Minister for Sustainable Infrastructures and Mobility Prof. Enrico Giovannini.

It will focus on most critical factors affecting transportation infrastructure and global trade. The discussion will also involve the need to increase energy efficiency and sustainability in global value chains, and in maritime transportation in particular, and to mobilise public and private investment to spur sustainable low-carbon growth, and sustainable finance, by addressing existing financing gaps and innovative solutions.
